Will it work on my 12V RV?

Yes. It runs on 12V or 24V DC, so it works on RV house batteries as well as 24V trucks and equipment.

Can I plug it into a regular 110V outlet?

No. It's a DC light for 12V and 24V vehicle and marine systems. It won't work on household AC power.

What color is the light?

6000K, a clean daylight white. It's whiter than the yellowish glow of an old incandescent porch light and makes it easier to see what you're doing at night.

How big is it?

It's a slim bar about 10 inches long and weighs around a pound, so it fits under an awning, on a trailer frame or along a truck bed rail without sticking out.

Does it come with mounting hardware?

Mounting screws are included. There's no separate bracket, so plan to screw it onto a flat surface such as the side of your RV, under an awning rail or on a trailer frame.

Do I need a pro to install it?

Usually not. It comes with a wire lead that connects to your 12V or 24V DC supply. If you've wired a light or a switch before, you can do this. If you're not comfortable with wiring, any RV or auto electrician can install it quickly.

Is it too bright for a campsite?

At 3,000 lumens it's a lot brighter than a stock RV porch light, which is the point if you want to see the whole site. The wide-angle lens spreads the light out instead of throwing a hot spot, so it lights the area rather than blinding the people sitting under it.

Is it waterproof? Can I use it on a boat?

Yes. It's rated IP67, so rain, spray and washing down won't hurt it, which makes it a good deck or dock light. It's a work light, not a navigation light.

Black or white?

Same light, different housing color. Most people pick the one that matches the side of their RV, trailer or boat.

What's the warranty?
