      Merchandise may be returned for credit or refund within 15 days from date of receipt if received in original manufacturer's box or package with no physical damage including but not limited to;

      A copy of the original order showing purchase or information stating the invoice number and date of purchase, with reasons for return must accompany the article.

       

      The customer is responsible to send merchandise to us in a secure and tractable form.

       

      The shipping cost from us to the customer will be deducted from the refund.

       

      Contact us first for return authorization and instructions.

       

      Once the merchandise arrived on our location, we will inspect the merchandise for any visual damage and will issue the refund.

       

      If the merchandise is sent to us with fiscal damage, we will generate a report of the circumstances and will contact you for further instruction.

    • Shipping Policy

      All US buyer can place orders from our Amazon store.
      Orders ship within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next business day. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. All oversea orders will be shipped from China.
      All US orders will be shipped via AMAZON. All overseas orders will be shipped via EMS.

      If you place multiple orders within 1-2 business days, and they are going to the same address, we will combine the orders and ship them together as much as we can. You will be refunded for your shipping cost and notified.

      International shipping is handle only via EMS.

      HANDXEN is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order.
